- Fluid Check: Before exchanging, we check if there is liquid in the reservoir. If there is no liquid, the device may have been used to the end of its stated life.
- Keep the packaging: The original packaging must be retained for exchange.
- Timeline: Contact us within 14 days of discovering the fault.
