Welcome to the website elfbar-shop.kiev.ua. This User Agreement regulates the relations between the online store elfbar-shop.kiev.ua (hereinafter - "Shop") and users of the site (hereinafter - "Users"). Please read this agreement carefully before using our site.

7.2 The User is fully responsible for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, including the legislation on advertising, on protection of copyright and related rights, on protection of trademarks and service marks.

  1. Dispute Resolution

8.1. All disputes and disagreements arising between the parties under this agreement shall be settled by negotiations.

8.2 In case of impossibility to resolve disputes through negotiations, they shall be considered in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

  1. Final provisions

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

9.2 If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

9.3 The User confirms that he/she is familiarized with all the clauses of this agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
